New From Camden Electronics is a comprehensive range of cost-effective, high quality IC sockets encompassing dual-in-line (DIL), double and single row pin strips, adaptor sockets and strips and PLCC sockets.

CICS seried DIL IC sockets are available from 6 to 64 pin and feature precision turned pins and twist free construction. These high quality DIL IC sockets are suitable for up to 200 insertions and withdrawals and can be placed inside the socket if required.

Side and end stackable, the low profile sockets' high retention design prevents IC "walkout" during heavy vibrations. Additional features include anti-wicking and high solderability pin design and glass filled polyester UL94-V0 mouldings.

Specifications
Specifications include insulation resistance of 103Mohn ant V=100V, temperature range from - 55 to + 125 C, heat treated beryllium copper contacts, current rating of 3A adn insertion / withdrawal forces of <250 and >50g respectively.

CSICS series IC pin strips are available cut to required size in both single and double row configurations up to 40 and 80 poles respectively.
